Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Quorom desktop application ("the App"), the Quorom relay service at relay.quorom.app, the public API at api.quorom.app, or the web dashboard at app.quorom.app(collectively, "the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Alpha Status

The Service is currently in alpha. Features may change without notice, backwards compatibility is not guaranteed, and there may be bugs or outages. You use the Service at your own risk.

3. Your Account

Access to clusters and the public API requires authentication via Clerk (Google, Microsoft, GitHub, or email). You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or regulation
• Generate, store, or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content via the Service
• Attempt to access another user's cluster, nodes, or data without authorization
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the App binaries
• Use the relay to spam, DDoS, or otherwise harm third parties
• Resell or commercially repackage the Service without written permission

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the prompts you send through the Service and the completions returned to you. The relay forwards token streams in-memory and does not persist them. The App and Service receive no irrevocable license to your content beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.

Aggregate usage counters (tokens in, tokens out, latency) are recorded for metering and shown on your dashboard. Per-message content is never persisted by the relay or by Convex.

6. Local Inference

Quorom is local-first. When you run inference on your own hardware (via Ollama, LM Studio, llama.cpp, MLX, etc.), prompts and completions do not leave your machine unless you explicitly route a request to a remote node via the cluster. You are responsible for the models you choose to run locally, including their licensing terms.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data retention, or continued availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

8. Pricing

The Service is free during the alpha period. Future pricing, if any, will be announced in advance. Local inference on your own hardware connected through your own relay connections will always be free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webfacemedia Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the web dashboard. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
